The pressure on teenagers today is relentless and it’s worrying and troubling that so many lose the will to live when they think there is no way out. So often young people struggle to identify their calling in life and why God created them.
In 2018, Pope Francis was so personally burdened about the challenges young people face, he convened an extraordinary Synod of Catholic Bishops worldwide specifically to look at the big issues that had been identified as the biggest for today. The purpose of the Synod was to seek to offer some practical advice and hope.
